The Welches Parent Teacher Community Organization (WPTCO) invites you to join us for our Auction & Gala on Saturday, April 26th, 2025!

We are thrilled to announce this year’s expanded event, combining our annual auction with an elegant gala evening! Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 26, 2025, and get ready to enjoy delicious food, drinks, wine pull, silent auction & raffles — all while supporting Welches Schools.

Through this community’s generosity and dedication, we raised an impressive $27,500 for Welches Schools at our 2024 Auction! Of those funds raised, $18,000 was immediately allocated to the school to upgrade the technology infrastructure across all elementary school classrooms. This year, we’re focusing on arts programs and enrichment activities, ensuring every student has access to creative and inspiring opportunities like music, theater, hands-on art, and cultural experiences. Your support—whether through bidding, donating, or sponsoring—helps bring these programs to life. Let’s make 2025 our most impactful year yet!

This year, we’re embarking on a comprehensive fundraising campaign leading up to the Bid & Bloom Spring Auction + Gala to maximize our impact—and we need your help!

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025

• Location: Camp Arrah Wanna, 24075 E Arrah Wanna Blvd, Welches, OR 97067

• Time:

  • 5:00 PM: Doors Open

  • 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner

  • 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Silent Auction

  • 7:30 PM: Wine Pull & Raffles

Ticket Information: Event tickets are $35 and include dinner, dessert, AND non-alcoholic beverages! Enjoy a classic PNW inspired meal prepared by beloved Chef Jason Horner and some delicious desserts from local Pastry Chef Cassie Kanable. Local beer, wine, and a few signature cocktails will be available to purchase a la carte. This event is open to guests 21 years of age and over.
